By providing your payment details, you agree to our accountability-based billing system:
Users are required to post a set number of videos per week.
Failure to meet the posting requirement may result in a $47 automatic charge unless the subscription is canceled in advance.
Users may cancel anytime via the cancellation page linked inside the Discord.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, scripts, and templates are owned by us. You may not resell or redistribute our materials without written permission.
6. Privacy
By submitting your name, email, Discord handle, and TikTok account, you consent to us storing that data securely for program access and communication purposes. We will never sell or misuse your information.
7. Payments and Refunds
Due to the nature of our digital community and training, all payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Account Access
Access may be restricted or revoked if you fail to meet program expectations, including but not limited to: missing required posts, violating community rules, or initiating chargebacks.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access at our sole discretion, for any reason, including breach of terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
